Before launching The Shop Standard, Megan built her foundation in high-end retail and luxury brand environments, where she refined her eye for presentation, client experience, and product storytelling. That expertise later translated seamlessly into the private club world, where she has led retail management and merchandising programs with the same focus on quality and detail.
Her work spans golf and resort shops to lifestyle boutiques, helping teams elevate their brand story through thoughtful buying, visual planning, and retail operations strategy.
